Nintendo Life · 2 weeks ago

Nintendo's latest financial results have reconfirmed a wave of major third-party games coming to the Switch 2 through the rest of 2026 and into 2027, reinforcing the console's strong software line-up as it heads into its second year. The company noted that more titles are already lined up for Switch 2 than had launched in the original Switch's first year, with "numerous other titles" still in active development, underlining its efforts to keep third-party publishers heavily invested in the platform.

Recently released titles include Final Fantasy XIV Online and Lies of P: Complete Edition, while upcoming releases span Madden NFL 27 and Elden Ring: Tarnished Edition in August, EA Sports FC 27 and Onimusha: Way of the Sword in September, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 and Metaphor: ReFantazio in the autumn. Further ahead, Nintendo pointed to bigger names without confirmed dates, including 007 First Light, The Duskbloods, Stellar Blade and Final Fantasy VII Revelation, the latter expected in the second quarter of 2027, alongside Resident Evil Veronica and other 2027 releases.
