Nintendo has warned visitors not to buy, resell or transfer Nintendo Museum tickets through unofficial channels. It says some people who obtained tickets from third parties were refused entry, underscoring its effort to prevent ticket touting and ensure admission remains controlled through its own booking system.

Tickets must be bought directly from Nintendo, which may cancel unauthorised purchases without notice, offer no refund and potentially restrict future museum access. Nintendo sells tickets through a random draw, and says resellers may face action under applicable laws; knowingly selling unusable tickets could amount to fraud.
