- The promotion is not a new Switch 2 model.
Explained simply
Nintendo is a Japanese video-game company best known for consoles such as the Switch and games including Pokémon. The Switch 2 is the successor to the original Switch, a console that can be used both as a handheld device and with a television.
Pokémon is a long-running game and entertainment series featuring creatures that players collect and train. Its characters also appear on toys and other merchandise, which can help introduce the series to new audiences and appeal to existing fans.
Console bundles combine hardware with selected games or accessories, often to give buyers a ready-made package. A Pokémon accessory can add a personal touch, while the promotion also links Nintendo’s new console with one of its best-known franchises.
