LEGO is marking 25 years of its Harry Potter range with a large Collector’s Edition Ministry of Magic set, which includes the first LEGO minifigure of Arabella Figg. The release adds a detailed depiction of a major wizarding-world location and is aimed at adult collectors, reflecting the range’s continued expansion since its launch alongside the first Harry Potter film.

The 3,491-piece model stands 51cm tall and costs £389.99, with LEGO Insiders able to buy it from 29 August before its wider release on 1 September, Back to Hogwarts Day. It includes 14 minifigures, such as Harry, Ron, Hermione, Dumbledore, Umbridge and Kingsley Shacklebolt, plus locations including the Leaky Cauldron, Ministry offices, the Hall of Prophecy and a Floo toilet. LEGO says it has released more than 200 Harry Potter sets over 25 years; its largest remains the 6,020-piece microscale Hogwarts Castle from 2018.
