Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced has been voted Push Square readers’ PS5 Game of the Month for July 2026, defeating another major remake, Halo: Campaign Evolved. Its clear victory reflects the enduring popularity of Black Flag and positive reception for Ubisoft’s rebuilt version, which modernises combat, stealth and parkour.

The remake received 526 of 983 votes cast across ten PS5 games, or 54%, while Halo: Campaign Evolved placed second with 219 votes (22%). Denshattack followed with 97 votes (10%), ahead of Granblue Fantasy: Relink – Endless Ragnarok on 69 (7%) and Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game on 16 (2%); Push Square’s review awarded Black Flag Resynced 8/10.
