Variety held its 2026 Power of Young Hollywood celebration at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills, bringing together emerging actors, musicians, influencers and industry executives. The event highlighted the publication’s latest cover stars — Tate McRae, Sombr, Tyriq Withers and Malachi Barton — and underscored their growing influence within film, television and music.

Hosted by Variety leaders Dea Lawrence and Ramin Setoodeh, with Mario Lopez and his son Dominic presenting, the party featured an acoustic performance by Sienna Spiro and DJ Zuri Marley. Guests included Madison Beer, Kiernan Shipka, Lindsey Buckingham, Charli D’Amelio and Disney Kids and Family president Ayo Davis, while brand activations from Neutrogena, Amazon Music, Eternal Water and Cash App formed part of the gathering. McRae accepted her honour and spoke about her tendency to approach everything intensely.
