Billboard has opened its weekly New Music Latin poll, highlighting releases including Feid and Ryan Castro’s “Mentira”, alongside tracks by Karol G, Alejandro Sanz and Eden Muñoz, and Joaquina. The poll gives listeners a chance to select their favourite new Latin release, while also drawing attention to “Mentira” as the first single from Castro’s forthcoming album.

Feid and Castro’s third collaboration is a melancholic reggaetón song about mistrust, mixed signals and relationship breakdown. Their earlier collaborations were “Monastery” in 2021 and “Ritmo de Medallo” in 2023; last week’s poll was won by Erick Brian, Dale Pututi and Nesty’s “Efímero” with over 81% of votes. Results will be published only if the current poll receives more than 1,000 votes, and voting closes at 11am ET on 10 August.
