The Posture Check Evolution has launched in FC 26, costing 100 FUTTIES Tokens and aimed at central midfielders who can be converted into stronger defensive midfielders. It matters because it provides major defensive, passing and physical improvements, potentially making eligible high-rated cards more competitive.

– Eligible players must be CMs rated no higher than 96, with at most five positions, 10 PlayStyles and four PlayStyle+ traits.
– Three levels require one match each and can raise overall rating to 97.
– Key boosts include up to 98 tackling, interceptions, defensive awareness and strength, plus CDM eligibility.
– Recommended cards include Makelele, Yaya Touré, Rodri, Ruud Gullit, Pogba, Valverde, Pirlo and Rios.
– Using a National Pride or FUTTIES card may add a fifth PlayStyle+.
