Ice Nine Kills are teaming up with horror franchise Terrifier once again, this time to soundtrack a new attraction at Universal Studios Hollywood's Halloween Horror Nights. The metalcore band will provide reworked Christmas classics for a takeover of the Terror Tram, hosted by the character Art the Clown, who bridges the gap between Halloween and Christmas in typically menacing fashion.

Vocalist Spencer Charnas said the band felt "forever honoured" to be invited into the Terrifier universe by writer/director Damien Leone, noting that actor David Howard Thornton had previously starred as Art the Clown in the band's music video for "A Work of Art", a track that has since become a live show staple. Leone and cast members have also appeared at the band's own Silver Scream Con events in past years, reflecting an ongoing relationship between the two camps ahead of this year's Halloween season.
