By emphasising its commitment to user choice and ad-blocking functionality whilst Chrome and Edge restrict these tools, Firefox is positioning itself as an alternative for users who prioritise blocking advertisements. Though other browsers exist, Firefox's messaging highlights a growing divide between Chromium-based browsers and those offering broader extension capabilities.
