Selena Gomez’s Rare Beauty Impact Fund Partners With Pacsun on Denim Collection

Variety · 2 hours ago

Selena Gomez's Rare Impact Fund has launched a sixth collaborative denim collection with retailer Pacsun, timed for the back-to-school season, with proceeds supporting youth mental health services. The partnership, which began in 2024, matters as part of a wider trend of celebrity-backed brands using retail tie-ins to fund charitable causes, and has so far raised over $2 million for mental health initiatives aimed at young people.

The new "Rare DNM Edit" collection includes baggy jeans, denim shorts, a mini skirt and other pieces priced between $55 and $125. Pacsun will donate 10% of sales from each item to the Rare Impact Fund, up to a cap of $300,000, with the nonprofit's president Elyse Cohen framing the collaboration as a way to use fashion to spark conversations about mental health and expand access to support resources.
