Netflix has set 11 November as the premiere date for its teen thriller "The Body" and released first-look photos ahead of the launch. The eight-episode series, created and directed by Quinn Shephard, draws on 1990s and Y2K teen horror films such as "Carrie" and "Jennifer's Body", following a group of Catholic schoolgirls who begin experiencing prophecy-like visions after a dance-team initiation goes badly wrong, plunging their town into panic.
