The Pure Street Photography Awards 2026 showcase spontaneous and carefully timed images from photographers around the world. The selected work highlights street photography’s ability to find humour, drama and visual illusion in everyday public moments.

– The exhibition will show eight winning images and 158 finalists at Jawahar Kala Kendra in Jaipur, India, from 20 to 22 November.
– Daniel Kashi of France won the Open category with a surreal reflection photographed at the Prix de Diane horse derby.
– Chris Mozyro of the UK won First Place for an image of young submariners relaxing after a commemorative march.
– Other recognised photographs include Taichi Naitou’s optical illusion, Sven Delaye’s rain-soaked Mexican street scene, and Leone Von Dizic’s image of a religious celebration in southern Italy.
– Judges praised the entries for their wit, precision and ability to capture fleeting, unexpected moments.
