Ohio Republican Representative Max Miller’s ex-wife, Emily Moreno, has sued him, alleging that he uploaded a nude image of their two-year-old daughter online. The allegation arises amid an extended custody dispute and is significant because it concerns the alleged sharing of an intimate image of a young child.

Moreno filed the lawsuit on Wednesday. Miller has denied abuse allegations, said investigations found no evidence that he harmed his daughter, and accused his former wife and the media of promoting a false narrative.
