Universal has announced a 45th-anniversary limited-edition Steelbook release of An American Werewolf in London. The reissue gives the 1981 horror film a premium physical-media edition, reflecting continuing interest in catalogue titles and collectable 4K releases.

The set includes the film on 4K UHD and Blu-ray, plus a digital copy and more than three hours of bonus material. It is priced at $34.99, is available to pre-order from Amazon, and is due for release on 6 October 2026; the film originally won the Academy Award for Best Makeup.
