Matt Creasey has been appointed Senior Executive Vice President, World excluding EMEA, at Banijay Rights following Banijay Entertainment’s merger with All3Media. The move clarifies the distribution division’s post-merger leadership structure as the enlarged company seeks to sell and develop its expanded catalogue internationally.

Based in Los Angeles, Creasey will oversee sales, acquisitions and co-productions through teams in Los Angeles, Miami, Sydney and Mumbai, reporting to Banijay Rights chief Cathy Payne. All3Media International’s Singapore and New York offices will close as work is absorbed into the combined business; the catalogue now exceeds 265,000 hours, and Banijay expects the wider merger to deliver €50 million ($57 million) in cost savings.
