LanLan Yang, a 24-year-old Chinese woman described as an heiress, attended a Sydney police station while on bail after allegedly crashing her A$1.5 million Rolls-Royce into a Mercedes-Benz van while under the influence of alcohol. Her appearance has renewed attention on the source of her apparent wealth and on the case, which remains unresolved more than a year after the alleged collision.

Yang reportedly wore a pink designer outfit valued at almost A$26,000 and travelled by Uber, unlike earlier visits when she arrived in other luxury vehicles including a Rolls-Royce and Tesla Model X. The alleged incident involved her Tiffany-blue Rolls-Royce Cullinan and took place in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
