The Far Side’s official website has resumed posting its “Daily Dose” selection of classic cartoons after several weeks without updates. The return matters to fans because the feature is a regular way to revisit Gary Larson’s work, which remains popular despite the strip ending more than 30 years ago.

Five classic panels were added on Wednesday, followed by further daily posts on Thursday and Friday; no reason has been given for the interruption. Originally published from 1979 and once carried by more than 1,900 publications, The Far Side now maintains an online presence featuring themed collections, sketchbooks and occasional new artwork.
