Disney has added Jodie Foster and Walton Goggins to the voice cast of its forthcoming animated film “Hexed”, with the announcement made at the D23 fan event in Anaheim. Foster will play a devious witch queen and Goggins a three-eyed cat named Beef Roger Crummchuk, bringing high-profile talent to an original Disney animation as the studio continues to balance new titles with franchise successes.
