The ARIA Awards will mark their 40th anniversary on Wednesday 18 November at Sydney's Hordern Pavilion, the venue's sixth consecutive year hosting Australia's flagship music industry ceremony. Spotify returns as headline and presenting sponsor, with broadcaster Network 10 airing the show and Paramount+ streaming it live, while ARIA also confirmed nominations will be revealed on Thursday 24 September.

ARIA chief executive Annabelle Herd said the milestone show would celebrate both the genre's pioneers and its emerging talent, citing past winners such as Amyl and The Sniffers, The Kid LAROI, Ninajirachi, Dom Dolla and Troye Sivan. Last year's ceremony drew a record 696,836 public votes, more than double the previous year's total, and celebrations for the 40th anniversary began in June with a Hall of Fame event inducting Gurrumul, Jenny Morris, Kate Ceberano, Spiderbait, and Vika & Linda, among others.
