Juno Temple To Topline Ensemble Rom-Com ‘Intimacy Party’ From Courtney Hoffman; Richa Moorjani, Meredith Hagner, Michiel Huisman & Patrick Renna Among Others Set
Actress Juno Temple, best known for her Emmy-nominated role in Ted Lasso, is set to lead Intimacy Party, a high-concept ensemble rom-com that marks the feature directorial debut of Courtney Hoffman. The film, written by Hoffman and Paul Kruse, is currently in production in Los Angeles under a California tax incentive, and Hoffman has said the story is drawn from her own personal experience of trying to save a failing relationship.
The film follows Cleo Kauffman, who tries to save her relationship by recreating the intimacy party where she met her fiancé, only to realise she fell for the wrong guest there. The cast also includes Richa Moorjani, Meredith Hagner, Michiel Huisman, Chris Pang, Brandon Kyle Goodman, Miles Gutierrez-Riley and Patrick Renna. It is produced by Delirio Films' Christopher Leggett and Rafael Marmor alongside Jesse Schiller and Hoffman, with Amanda Massetti and Bri Hennessey of Pasta & Tacos Productions serving as executive producers.
