Lyn Heinemann & Hannah Georgas Announce Debut Album As So Faint: Hear “Fully Slow”
Vancouver musicians Hannah Georgas (of Broken Social Scene) and Lyn Heinemann have announced So Faint, a new collaborative project, with their debut album due out this autumn. The pair unveiled the lead single "Fully Slow," an earworm exploring the ache of unrequited longing, alongside a music video co-directed by Georgas and Mack Calistan. The release follows Broken Social Scene's own comeback earlier this year, marking another step in Georgas's busy 2026.
The self-titled ten-track album, produced by Sean Sroka with engineering from Graham Walsh and mixing by Alex Farrar, arrives 16 October via Beetle Bomb Records, a new label Georgas has launched herself to give the duo more creative control over the rollout. So Faint will also tour Ontario and British Columbia in October and November, with stops including Toronto, Ottawa and Vancouver.
