Prime Video’s Gritty 2-Part Action Thriller Officially Returns With First Trailer
Prime Video has released the first trailer for Season 2 of The Terminal List, the gritty action thriller starring Chris Pratt as former US Navy SEAL James Reece. The show returns after a lengthy gap since its 2022 debut, during which Pratt reprised the role in a prequel spin-off, Dark Wolf, but fans have been waiting to see where the main storyline goes next following the tense ending of the first run.
The new season picks up with Reece struggling physically and mentally, suffering disorientation and flashbacks linked to an untreated head injury, before he is recruited by the government and his old teammate Freddy Strain, played by newcomer Gabriel Luna, who dangles a presidential pardon in exchange for his help on a mission. Adapting Jack Carr's novel True Believer, the season sends Reece across Africa, the Middle East and Europe as he uncovers a conspiracy stretching from Moscow to Langley and touching on his own family's past, all while racing against a terminal brain tumour diagnosis that raises the stakes of his mission.
