Pipistrello And The Cursed Yoyo Shadow-Drops On Switch 2, Boasts 120fps Gameplay
PM Studios and Pocket Trap have released a Switch 2 version of Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo, which shadow-dropped and is now available on the eShop. The upgraded release brings significantly improved performance and visuals to a game that Nintendo Life previously rated highly for its inventive take on the retro Zelda-like genre, and existing owners are able to move to the new version without paying anything extra.
The Switch 2 edition costs £17.99 / $19.99 and delivers 120fps gameplay at 1080p in handheld mode, HDR support, and up to 4K resolution when docked. Anyone who already owns the original Switch release can claim a free Upgrade Pack via the eShop. Nintendo Life awarded the original game 9/10, praising it as "a masterclass in retro Zelda-like game design" that fuses classic mechanics with creative new ideas.
