Role Model's third studio album, Chuck Timely & The Hourglass, has debuted in the top 10 of six Billboard charts dated 22 August, marking the singer-songwriter's strongest sales week to date. The release underlines the artist's growing commercial pull, with strong physical-format sales helping drive a broad chart showing across multiple Billboard lists simultaneously.
The album sold 24,000 copies in the US in the week ending 13 August, according to Luminate, landing at No. 2 on Top Album Sales and Vinyl Albums, No. 3 on both Top Rock & Alternative Albums and Top Alternative Albums, No. 9 on Indie Store Album Sales, and making the Billboard 200. Strong first-week figures were boosted by 12 physical variants, including signed CD, vinyl and cassette editions, plus two download versions. Elsewhere on the Top Album Sales chart, Stray Kids' THIS & THAT debuted at No. 1 with 357,000 copies sold, their ninth chart-topper, while Sleep Token, Ethel Cain and Steve Lacy also featured in the top 10 with new or reissued releases.
