Polygon has published a guide detailing all override consoles and match overrides available in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4, a new feature that lets players alter the rules of a match. Consoles spawn in fixed locations on the map but activate randomly, with only one usable at a time; the first player to reach an active console can pick from three random perks, some of which apply only to their squad and reveal that squad's location on the map to everyone else.

There are nine override console locations across the map, marked by a cartridge-style icon when active, with a green tick shown once someone else has claimed it. Twelve possible match overrides exist in total, ranging from faster sprinting and extra XP to guaranteed loot upgrades, headshot damage boosts and a one-time respawn on elimination.
