Salesforce partners not seeing meaningful revenue from Agentforce AI platform, report says
Salesforce partners have yet to see meaningful revenue from Agentforce, the company's AI agent platform, two years after its launch amid promises of rapid growth. A survey by analyst firm TD Cowen found growing customer curiosity but no partners reporting the technology as a driver of bookings, adding to signs that adoption remains slower than Salesforce has publicly suggested.
Of the partners surveyed across the US, Europe and Asia, 11% reported little immediate interest, 56% expected interest to build over time, and a third said they were seeing early buying and trial activity, though none described Agentforce as boosting bookings. Salesforce says Agentforce's annual recurring revenue has topped $1 billion and that it helped drive 14% year-on-year growth in remaining performance obligations to $33.6 billion in its most recent quarter, but a separate KeyBanc Capital Markets report also found weak customer feedback, with partners saying enterprise data often isn't coherent enough to support meaningful AI work.
