His Paramount Plus series Dutton Ranch and Lioness have attracted audiences with new seasons, whilst he develops the action thriller F.A.S.T. for May 2027 theatrical release with actor Brandon Sklenar and writes the script for the upcoming Call of Duty film, to be directed by longtime collaborator Peter Berg.

Sheridan's renewed momentum follows a five-year gap from screenwriting since 2021, during which time his Tom Clancy adaptation Without Remorse—initially released directly to streaming after failing to secure a theatrical run—has found renewed success on Prime Video.
