PixARK, the voxel-based survival spin-off of Ark: Survival Evolved, is receiving its first expansion since 2019, called Terracrypt. Developer Snail Games has billed it as the game's biggest DLC to date, introducing a new subterranean world and continuing the game's decade-long run across PC and console.

The expansion adds an underground continent split into three layers and twelve new biomes, reached after players follow a distress signal into a centuries-old conflict. It includes 80 new creatures, nearly doubling the base game's roster, 11 new enemy types, a fresh story campaign, and a genetic engineering system for creating unique creatures and plants. Snail Games says Terracrypt offers more than 200 hours of gameplay and will launch on 26 August 2026 at a 10% discount, priced at $8.99.
