A Houston DoorDash customer was left shocked after his Ring doorbell camera captured the delivery driver dropping off his food while completely naked. Kiante Matlock said he initially mistook the driver's appearance for a onesie before realising he was undressed, and criticised the incident as inappropriate given that children or other vulnerable people could have answered the door. DoorDash called the driver's conduct "vulgar and completely unacceptable", confirmed it had permanently banned him from the platform, and said it was willing to assist any police investigation.

Matlock was alerted to the delivery by his daughter while playing video games, and by the time he reached the door the driver had already left. He did not eat the food, and DoorDash refunded the order. The driver has not been identified, and Houston police say residents should report such behaviour and preserve camera footage, noting that criminal charges are possible depending on the circumstances. Matlock said he shared the story to warn others and urged people to get their own food or install security cameras where possible.
