‘Marshals’: Kayce Dutton Is A “Chaos Magnet” In Season 2 With Explosive New Trailer For ‘Yellowstone’ Spinoff

Deadline · 5 hours ago

CBS has released the first trailer for Season 2 of "Marshals," the "Yellowstone" spinoff starring Luke Grimes as Kayce Dutton, ahead of its October return. The trailer resolves several cliffhangers from the Season 1 finale, confirming that fellow marshals Cal (Logan Marshall-Green) and Belle (Arielle Kebbel) survived a shoot-out and appear to be growing closer, while Andrea Cruz (Ash Santos) has stayed on the team despite weighing a move to Washington, D.C. The footage also teases continued danger for Kayce's son Tate and an ongoing romance with Dolly Weaver, whose father is threatening the Dutton family's land.

The trailer features Kayce clambering onto a moving train while armed, alongside references to a Wall Street trader-turned-rancher trying to buy East Camp and Tate being taken bass fishing in Texas. "Marshals" returns to CBS on 4 October, with new cast additions including Marque Richardson as Assistant U.S. Attorney Patrick Burns and an expanded role for Morgan Lindholm as bartender Maddie. The show is produced by Paramount Television Studios and 101 Studios, with Taylor Sheridan among the executive producers.
