The Creative Arts Emmys held their second and final night on Sunday, ahead of the main Primetime Emmys ceremony on 14 September. This year marks the first time the limited series supporting actor and actress categories have been included in the Creative Arts shows rather than the televised main event, alongside guest acting prizes and below-the-line awards for costumes, editing, sound and cinematography.

Shailene Woodley won her first Emmy, taking the guest drama actress award and securing the first-ever win for the series Paradise, while Ernest Harden Jr. won guest drama actor for The Pitt. The two-night event, staged at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles and not broadcast live, hands out more than 100 awards in total; Saturday's ceremony saw multiple wins for shows including The Traitors, The Muppet Show and My Mom Jayne. Heading into the Emmys, The Pitt leads all nominees with 25 nods, ahead of Hacks (24, a comedy series record), Widow's Bay (19), Pluribus (18) and Beef (16).
