My First Time have released a new single, ‘Every Version Of You’, described as bass-heavy and catchy, continuing the band's run of increasingly confident releases. Vocalist Isaac Stroud-Allen has explained the track explores the idea of an idealised, fully self-actualised version of oneself living a life of complete happiness elsewhere, contrasted with the compromises and disappointments of everyday existence.

The song follows the standalone track ‘Paris, Texas’ and arrives ahead of a headline tour this autumn alongside several festival appearances. Dates run from 3 October in Portsmouth through to 31 October in Amsterdam, taking in UK cities including Glasgow, Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham, Cardiff, Nottingham, Liverpool, Brighton and London, plus festival slots such as Tenement Trail and Neighbourhood Festival.
