The Punk Rock Museum in Las Vegas will open an exhibition dedicated to Motörhead on Friday 2 October, honouring the band's late frontman Lemmy Kilmister. Although best known for driving the rise of heavy metal, Lemmy also played bass for The Damned and remained a committed supporter of the punk scene for decades, making the museum a fitting home for the tribute.

The display will include handwritten lyrics and photographs, alongside the standout attraction: visitors will be able to play one of Lemmy's own Rickenbacker basses through one of his personal amp stacks, offering a hands-on connection to his history. The museum's record shop, Vinyl Threat, will stock Motörhead albums and exclusive merchandise, while the Three Star Punk Bar marks the opening night with a special event featuring Metal Blade's Brian Slagel on DJ duties. The exhibition runs from 2 October at the museum's Western Avenue premises in Las Vegas.
