The maintenance is set to run from 08:00 to 09:00 UTC (9am to 10am BST) on 9 September, with matchmaking disabled 30 minutes beforehand, meaning players attempting to find a game just before the window opens may see errors. All modes requiring online matchmaking, including Ultimate Team, will be unavailable, though the Ultimate Team Web App will remain accessible for completing Squad Building Challenges. Players can also use the downtime to play offline Manager mode or work through season pass objectives, with unused rewards carrying over into FC 27.
