Estelle Manor charges members £3,750 a year plus a £1,000 joining fee, and guests have reportedly been flown in by helicopter for events, including the recent "otherworldly invasion" party featuring alien-costumed dancers and a spaceship-themed DJ tent. One resident living 1.5 miles away complained on Tripadvisor about "antisocial, disruptive late night thumping music," while a similar complaint was made roughly a year earlier to a local councillor, who noted the venue holds a licence until 1am. The 85-acre estate, owned by hospitality entrepreneur Sharan Pasricha, has hosted celebrities including Kim Kardashian, Lewis Hamilton, Kate Moss and Princess Beatrice, and enforces a no-photography policy for guest privacy.
