A photograph of a fan caught in a mosh pit at Oasis's reunion shows in Buenos Aires has been shortlisted for a prestigious Abbey Road Music Photography Award. The image, taken by Manchester photographer Joshua Halling during the band's November 2025 concerts at River Plate Stadium, is one of five finalists for the Music Moment of the Year category, notable for focusing on a single fan rather than Liam or Noel Gallagher.

Oasis played two sold-out nights at River Plate on 15 and 16 November 2025, their first shows in Argentina in 16 years, an event later documented in the film Oasis: Don't Look Back in Anger. Halling's photo is up against images of Kendrick Lamar, Charli xcx, Lambrini Girls and another Oasis shot, in a competition that drew more than 24,500 entries from 42 countries; winners will be announced on 24 September. Noel Gallagher has also hinted at a further South American tour in summer 2027.
