Ghost Soldier is a forthcoming action thriller starring Jim Caviezel as Henry “Fitz” Fitzgerald, a former Special Forces soldier who defends a community from a powerful corporation seeking to seize its land. The film combines revenge-action conventions associated with The Beekeeper, John Wick and The Equalizer with futuristic military technology, including stealth and cloaking equipment.

Directed by William Eubank, the film centres on Brownstone Interworks, a Bahraini-owned conglomerate whose agents threaten local residents, including the family of a deceased US veteran. Fitz uses advanced weapons, military training and a strict sense of justice to fight back, while Shea Whigham, Olivia Thirlby, Beau Knapp and Garret Dillahunt also appear; the film is rated PG-13 and is due in cinemas on 11 November.
