Carianne Marshall will leave her position as COO and co-chair of Warner Chappell at the end of September, as Warner Music Group streamlines its leadership structure. Her departure forms part of a wider move away from co-chair arrangements, with CEO Guy Moot remaining Warner Chappell’s sole chair.

Marshall joined Warner Chappell in 2018 after working at independent publisher SONGS and helped create its Creative Services department, focusing on new opportunities for songwriters. She will remain with WMG until the end of the year to support the transition, completing a seven-year tenure praised by Moot and WMG chief executive Robert Kyncl.
