The event is significant because it will be his first opportunity to address fans since discussing his Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus diagnosis and the health issues that led him to cancel planned 2025 tour dates.

Joel said a brain shunt improved his balance and memory, but doctors warned that performing loud rock shows could worsen damage to his brain; he has since been undergoing physical therapy.
