In *Graveyard Keeper 2*, corpses with red skulls should not be buried, as they can damage the quality of the graveyard. The recommended solution is to cremate them, which removes the risk while still providing a Burial Certificate.

Players must unlock the Crematorium through Body Places 1 and build it in the Morgue using six Bricks and six Bronze Details. Before unlocking it, bad corpses can be carried to the river and discarded, although this forfeits burial rewards. Later, Autopsy may remove the red skulls successfully, while a late-game feature allows such bodies to be converted into zombies.
