Plimsoll Studios has promoted Andrea Jackson to Creative Director, Entertainment and Talent Strategy, giving her responsibility for the company’s relationships with on-screen talent across multiple genres. The appointment reflects the growing importance of talent partnerships to Plimsoll’s development and production strategy.

Jackson joined Plimsoll six years ago when it acquired her company, Magnify Media. The ITV-owned studio has recently produced Disney+’s Pompeii: Out of Time, Netflix’s Skyscraper Live and the BBC’s Secret Garden, and reorganised its operations into five divisions: Natural History & Adventure, Live, Entertainment, Family & Kids and Digital.
