Taylor Sheridan Favorite Officially Returns to Westerns in First Image for New Thriller

Brandon Sklenar is returning to the Western genre with The Rescue, a new thriller in which he plays a rodeo cowboy searching for his missing daughter alongside his dog. The film marks another prominent role for Sklenar, whose profile has risen through 1923 and recent success in The Housemaid.

The Rescue will be released in cinemas on 29 January 2027 and also stars Josh Duhamel, Tim Blake Nelson and Hassie Harrison.
