Steven Kane, known for *Jack Ryan*, *Halo* and *The Last Ship*, is developing the project with 20th Television and Dwayne Johnson and Dany Garcia’s Seven Bucks. The series remains in early development, with casting and further character details still pending, while Kane has suggested it could eventually expand to other locations or specialist teams.
