Pennsylvania lawyer Tom Bosworth, 37, was arrested after an alleged altercation with his fiancée, Brandi Boose, 27, while they were walking near their home with their newborn son. Bosworth is accused of strangling Boose and throwing her into bushes during an argument reportedly linked to alleged infidelity; he faces charges of simple assault and harassment, but has not entered a plea and maintains his innocence.

According to a police affidavit, Boose allegedly threw rocks at Bosworth before the incident, while officers later observed marks on her face, leg and neck. The case contrasts with the couple’s recent affectionate social-media posts, including messages about Boose’s pregnancy and motherhood. Bosworth, known online as “Tommy the Lawyer”, has about 300,000 TikTok followers and says his firm has secured more than $196 million in settlements and verdicts; a preliminary hearing is scheduled for next month.
