Bleecker Street has appointed Frank Martinez, formerly A24’s Head of Theatrical Sales, as its new Head of Distribution. Effective immediately, he will oversee theatrical distribution strategy, planning and execution for Bleecker Street and its Crosswalk event-cinema division, following Kyle Davies’s departure for AMC Theatres’ Leawood Films.

Martinez helped increase A24’s annual domestic box office from $151 million in 2023 to more than $333 million year-to-date, working on films including Civil War, Materialists and Backrooms. His previous experience includes domestic distribution at Paramount Pictures, while Bleecker Street’s upcoming releases include Musk, A Talent for Murder, Victorian Psycho and George Michael: The Faith Tour.
