Brandi Glanville says prolonged health problems have left her facing severe financial strain, prompting her to return to work despite previously having the freedom to decline projects. She claims she spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on medical care, emptied her 401(k) and is now being contacted by creditors, despite having health insurance.

Glanville has described diagnoses including resistant bacterial infections, Valley fever, dermatitis and mononucleosis, with daily intravenous treatment reportedly costing $3,300–$6,000 a month. She also says she spent more than $70,000 seeking answers after becoming ill following a 2023 trip to Morocco, and later sustained a perforated eardrum, concussion, bruised sternum and cracked rib while filming “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test”.
