Forget ‘Jack Ryan,’ Alan Ritchson’s ‘Reacher’ Is Officially the King of Action TV
Reacher’s fourth season has continued the franchise’s strong performance, spending five consecutive weeks at the top of Nielsen’s overall US streaming chart. Its popularity and critical reception have strengthened the series’ position as one of television’s leading action dramas, while the launch of spin-off Neagley is expanding the wider franchise.
Nielsen recorded more than 1.2 billion minutes watched for Reacher during the week of 7–13 September, bringing its season total to 6.7 billion minutes after five weeks. With three episodes still to be counted, the season could exceed 10 billion minutes; meanwhile, Neagley has taken the top spot on Prime Video’s FlixPatrol chart and holds a 93% Rotten Tomatoes score.
