Clint Eastwood said he watched his 1974 film *Thunderbolt and Lightfoot* for only ten minutes before switching it off. He explained that he wanted to experience it from the beginning to recapture the nostalgia, rather than join it partway through.

The film, directed by Michael Cimino and co-starring Jeff Bridges, was Cimino’s debut and later became regarded as a cult classic. Running for 115 minutes, it is presented as one of Eastwood’s stronger films, although he never confirmed whether he eventually watched it in full.
