London composer and vocalist Klein has surprise-released *My Own Fairytale* through her Parkwuud Entertainment label, alongside a video for “Man in the Mirror”. The 12-track album is presented as her take on a dark Disney soundtrack, blending spectral ambient music, dramatic classical elements and the noise guitar heard on her 2025 album *Sleep With a Cane*.

Most tracks are instrumental, and the album’s sole credited collaboration is “Siren Reloaded”, co-written and arranged with violinist and composer Sasha Scott for the London Sinfonietta. The release also brings together some of Klein’s singles from earlier this year; she additionally released *Turn Up*, a YouTube-only joint EP with Mica Levi.
